The Dolce Olio srl has been producing and marketing Extra Virgin Olive Oil for more than half a century. Our family-owned company was born from the passion for the Sicilian food and craft traditions. The splendid setting of the hills of the Belice Valley, where we are located, in the western part of Sicily, with the mildness of the climate, the morphological characteristics of the hilly soil, the warm but not too hot sun of the Valley and the centuries-old plants of three native Sicilian cultivars like the Biancolilla, the Cerasuaola and the Nocellara del Belice, this last almost the absolute protagonist of this geographical area, are the best olives to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with such intense, natural, unique and heady scents ...

   Now, the Dolce Olio srl is a group of small companies in food industry, we are at the third generation, day by day, we aim to product excellent products, using advanced technology but without ever losing sight of the traditions of Sicily. Every step of our production and packaging is controlled to guarantee the highest standards of quality.

Our family story is rich of fertile soils and fine olive groves, of hands that dirty themself, of the aroma of fresh bread just baked …

Our firm resulted from the merger of Settimo, Biondo and Giaramida families (families originated in Santa Ninfa), whose ancestors are our grandparents "Mastru Paulu" and "Zù Nzulu" of handicraft vocation.
